When I rowed back to the dock yesterday, I noticed the guy on the dock fetching something from this car. I wondered what water craft he belonged to as this is the ramp for backing trailers down to the water. But he closed his trunk and then returned to his chair on the dock!
Dude, there's a huge parking lot adjacent to this ramp!

I didn't say anything to him. Maybe he's new to this venue and he'll figure it out.
Then again, maybe not…
