Well, thought it was going to be a really good one, but once it went behind that lower cloud, that was about it. Just didn't really get any color at all.
You caught it quite nicely - at least you did get full sky color with some neat clouds -I just get little bitty glimpses - and you get hopeful - then that's it. Against black this is a really nice composition.
Well it's a lovely dramatic shot. You don't get the same spectacular colours when there is cloud on the horizon, but it does through those last rays up and give a lovely effect
