Inquisitive Hawk!

Just happened to walk out in the back yard this afternoon and saw my friend up in the tree. Ran back in to got the camera and came out and was able to get a bunch of shots. It just wasn't in the best of position, so couldn't get the optimum shot. He just kept his eyes on me, but didn't seem alarmed at all.

Wonderful capture what type of hawk is it, is it a red shouldered Hawk or red tailed?
