Watched this little fellow for quite a while today. Was sort of scary at times as it looked like it was trying to step out of the tree. Thought this was sort of funny, as baby needed to stretch it's wings, but at least seemed to be hanging on to the tree. Again, sorry for all of the owl shot, but I don't get to see them like this very often.
Interesting to think you've got baby birds there already. There's a lot of chatter here in IL on the subject but I've not yet seen any serious nest building yet. It's comin' tho.
