Or at least I think it is. The head just looked to be a little small to be an adult. Just happened to find this one at one of my other walking spots. Just couldn't get that front view like I like, but guess this is better than none. Did have to make some noise to get it to turn it's head in my direction.
You want to take a scissor, don't you - just a little trim! Love the lighting - you're awfully lucky to keep spotting these owls. Would love to see one.
