@taffy Hi Taffy - this one was easy - I didn't have to do anything. This was the sepia setting on my camera and Stanthorpe provided the atmospheric feel. A bit too atmospheric to venture outside for quite a while!! :)
@sangwann Thanks Dione - funnily enough this is SOOC just with the sepia setting on my camera. Our farm has lots of very old fencing so that probably helps too. Thanks for your nice comment.
@robz here we break record after record now.. and read somewhere that we are short on 300 hours rain (that was a week ago, and still dry here)... I never ate so much ice as this year :) Also a lot of forrest fires. We are not used to all this, but they say it happens once every 40/50 years... so now they calm down the people till the same happens next year, wonder what excuse they will have then...
@golftragic We leave on Friday - have just tried to sort out what clothes to take - our small bags always make it an interesting task! The worst bit will be leaving Zoe at the kennel.... :)
@madeinnl I agree with you - the Gov over here keeps trying to make us believe it is no different to the past. But the drought, the fires and the heat are happening every year - and just getting worse. It's been put in the "too hard" basket!
@robz I hate packing! I always vow I'll pack much lighter 'this time' but somehow things just seem to creep into my case. We don't have huge cases which helps to limit XS a bit. Poor Zoe, I'll bet she's got the RSPCA on speed-dial to report you for maltreatment. Have a fabulous trip, my friend, look forward to seeing your photos whenever. We've just booked a trip to Egypt and Jordan for October 2019, can't really afford it, but this one was just too good to let pass by. Bread and duck round here for a while.
@golftragic LOL - I had to look that one up Marnie - love it - will remember to use it too! Amazingly Errol has packed his bag and not even declared "I need a bigger bag!" Poor Zoe won't know until tomorrow - as soon as we start putting stuff in the car she'll hang around like a bad smell - always terrified we'll go to Stanthorpe without her. Then she'll hop in the car happily until she starts to quiver and cry when she realizes we're going the wrong way! Thanks for the travel wishes - I fear my travel photos may end up few and far between - the girls usually keep us very busy! Egypt and Jordan should be fascinating!! Something to really look forward to! Worth Bread and Duck for a while! Cheers Rob
