@ankers70 Isn't it funny how the Gold Coast can sometimes still have the atmosphere and relaxed vibe of 40 years ago. A strange place to live for such a long time. :)
@onewing LOL Babs - I wish we did - this one is in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. You have to be pretty lucky to catch it looking like this in tourist season... Cheers Rob
@jerzyfotos Hi Jerzy. Now that's a difficult question to answer. It probably depends a bit on where you live. Compared to a lot of European beaches this one is really good. For an Aussie beach it is pretty good - the sand's a good white colour, reasonable small grains and usually pretty clean. No pebbles etc. However, there are also beaches in Oz which have incredibly white, very fine grained silica sand - it actually squeaks when you walk on it!!
