I have been having issues with way too many honeybees at the hummingbird feeders! My neighbors started bee keeping in April, I have never had so many here before. Even after I had already bought 3 new feeders for this year I had to get new feeders that the honeybees could not drink from. These have tiny holes and are not gravity fed. They came with black hanger and the glass itself was dark red. I tried it first like it came no takers. So I painted it the hummingbird red and added white petals around the holes in the top glass. Thankfully they have taken to them. I also bought 2 flat feeders that I only fill 3/4 full and the bees cannot get in those either.
