This is a sculpture in the Ann Frank Human Rights Memorial in Boise, Idaho (which is where we are right now, as of today). I really liked the artistic symbolism of the increasingly constricting ribbon with the matching descriptive words, along with the faceless subject (ie., it could be anyone).
I think that it was meant to be viewed at night, but that was not my opportunity.
