He looks very cold. Maybe he hasn't had many sales which is why he looks a bit glum. I believe The Big Issue is sold by homeless, marginalised and disadvantaged people. They buy the magazine for $3.50 and sell it for $7 and they can keep the difference. I hope you bought a copy.
He does look better equipped than most Big Issue sellers you see, its such a tough time for the homeless hope he found somewhere to warm up, great street capture Rosie:)
I would have talked to him. He could well be cold and lonely could give you his story to go with the pic. If people are living on the street or in a hostel it is hard to get a job and back into main stream life. Good for him for sticking at selling the magazines.
