A nice place to walk

On a sunny day, there's nothing better! However, today is a wet grey day. I found this on my little point and shoot camera so decided to post it as I couldn't be bothered to find anything else. My phone battery has completely died and I'm hacked off because I couldn't buy one from all the places in Bedford that I tried this afternoon so I've ordered one from Amazon but it won't be here until Tuesday even though I have paid for express delivery. As you can probably guess I am not a happy bunny!

Thanks for your kind comments and Favs and for getting some of yesterday's images on PP - it is always much appreciated.
Very pretty and very nice to see the sun - even if it wasn't shining today!

Lovely pov, and lighting

Oh Rosie I am in living hell with this cast on. I do hope mine will be successful and yours improves, so sorry it's not given you the pain relief it should have.
Problem being I don't have a good leg to stand on so I am confined to a chair even to move around the house. I can't have crutches and the zimmer they gave me to hop around with is useless because I need the same op on the other foot. I feel for Mick as he is having to do everything for me and I hate it because my independence has been taken away. All I see are weeks of time that I could be doing so much in! I have had a double fusion of the sub-tayla and another joint nearby, luckily my ankle is still usable and the specialist did say if needed he would give me an ankle replacement at a later date. I'm not sure given the chance I would do it again although life has become so restrictive it was sort of last ditch in the hope I could get around a bit easier and have a bit of a life.

@craftymeg When I saw where your foot had been operated on, I realised that mine was nothing like so extensive. I do hope you get better soon because I can understand your frustration!
