I was going to drive down the road when I left work to see whether the grey heron was in the field near the hangers. However, I saw a moorhen on the path just about going through the fence so stopped the car. I'm glad I did because Mum & Dad were in the field (where there was now quite a good pond due to the rain) with 3 chicks. This little one looks out of focus but is in fact in focus but very fluffy! They were so cute I had to take a load of pics and wish you could upload more than one pic per album
