I saw my friend the heron - he was standing in a different place today and wasn't feeling quite so brave even though I was further away from him but I managed to get 3 or 4 pics of him before he flew away. The one of him flying is not brilliant but I don't usually get those at all so decided to put it in a collage. I later walked around the finger lakes and saw him pretending that he wasn't there. I got a few pics of him but they weren't brilliant either.
