This pansy was looking rather bedraggled as it seems to have rained on and off for 2 days now. It's also cold and very miserable. I just liked the water drops on this pansy.
I have been to Shefford this afternoon to get the Good Neighbour Group up and running and things are progressing slowly. We had an elderly lady come to the meeting who rather took over talking about herself and her circumstances as she said that she is quite lonely and a couple of the group said that she could call on them. She was a sweet lady but it did rather prolong the meeting and I'm not very good at asking people to let us get on with the business in hand. However, other committee members did say to her that my time was very limited and so she kept saying that she would "shut up" (her words). There are so many people who need someone to talk to and know their name!
