I was surprised that Mrs Thrush came so close to me when I was sitting in the garden but I think she knows that I get the slugs out of the water butt for her so she's not afraid of me! They are usually very shy birds but this one has a baby somewhere nearby and they do become more confident when they are feeding their little ones
