I've had a lot of problems trying to process RAW files in Elements 11 and I can't seem to sort it out. However, last night I managed to get a couple of RAW files to be converted so I may hopefully manage to do something with them. This one was taken at the 365 meet up in London along by Regents Canal in June but I played with it and used plastic bag effect so thought I would post it as usually I don't edit pics just crop them and stick them on.
