There's a warning that he bites/!

The people who own this horse have now put up an electric fence between him and the main fence. There are warning signs asking people not to feed him and it says that he bites! He was quite friendly towards me though.

I have met some really sweet horses who can bite, especially if food is around. Seeing the coat he's wearing, is it cold or is the coat a raincoat?
