This afternoon I went for a very long walk along Wood Lane all the way up to Hill Farm and I saw lots of lovely birds including this yellowhammer. I also saw linnets and whitethroats so it was definitely a much better day for birds than last Friday. I had a job to know what to post but thought I haven't posted a yellowhammer for quite a while.
This little bird takes me back to my youth! Lovely capture. You lucky thing to see all these different birds. I did see a green finch today, but no camera.
