Nick, in his shrill gull voice: “Where are you, Jeff. I’m here at last!”
Jeff: “ Shhhhhhhhh, don’t shout or you’ll wake up the devil. I’m here on this rock.”
Nick: “What devil? I can see you now.”
Jeff: “ Will explain later. Now we had better be off before she wakes up”
Nick: “Who’s she? “
Jeff: “ Told you, I will explain later. Now let’s go!”
Nick: “ O.k., Jeff; lift off.”
Jeff: “Which way, Nick?”
Nick: “North to Geelong to meet Harold and Ethel. I, too, am excited to meet them now. After all that’s what we came to this damned place for.”
Jeff: “ Away!”
