Until a few years ago Christine and I used to go to midnight mass, meet 2 of my siblings and their spouses and a couple of friends and go for an early Christmas coffee and a light snack before going back home and to bed. When Jean-Pierre and his family returned to Malta for good we started to go to 20.30 mass with them and Denise and Ian (my daughter and her husband) and then to my house to have a family celebration. This year, with Max (my daughter’s son) around we decided to go to the 18.30 mass and back home to celebrate and wait for the arrival of Santa.
This is a shot of my dining room arranged for the occasion. When setting up the room we transferred the Christmas tree from the hall to the dining room to add to the festive mood.

Lovely shot Dione, hope you all had a lovely evening together. We went to the children's Mass this year, they all did a great job portraying the birth of Jesus, so many angels & wise men!
