Is he old? His hair is white, but …….
Saw the reflection of this guy on the still water and I had to take some shots of him. He was at least 100 metres away from where I was on higher ground on the promenade.
You will see this man in this place every day of the year and he jumps into the sea every day, too. Seems he doesn’t feel the winter cold. On one occasion I wanted to kick myself on the backside because I wasn’t fast enough with the camera - I saw him do a somersault jump from the rocks into the water. I’ve been waiting for another chance ever since.
Seems he has made the place his own, you can see his slippers hanging on the metal pole next to him and there is the name ‘Alfred’ carved in the rock. That could be his name, who knows?
Sometimes there is somebody else with him swimming. Could be the guy is still in the water because there is another set of cloths on the rocks next to his.

Wow- I know you are a dedicated swimmer, but that you don't swim in the winter because the water is too cold. Maybe he's a little crazy to swim all year 'round! Good catch- the photo tells a story but you added some fun details.
