CRAZY FELLOW WITH A CAMERA

I’m not sure what time it was – the camera says it was 5.30am but I suppose it is still set on summer time.
First full day in Gozo – Saturday of two weeks ago. I woke up early and it was pitch dark; I tried to dose off again but couldn’t. So I got up sneaked into some cloths and out I was roaming the rural area of Nadur. Very few people were around and they must have thought I was crazy walking around with camera in hand. This is one of the many shots I took - I liked the eerie feel of that lane with the light at the far end. There was this lamp post and a bench just at the entrance. The lamp post provided some interesting lighting.
Joke: After the Americans went to the Moon, Paddy and Seamus announced that the Kerry Men would go one better and send a man to the Sun.

Murphy objected. 'If you send a man to the Sun, he will burn up!'
'What do you think we are: stupid?" Seamus replied. 'We'll send our man before sunrise!'

A wonderful shot of the dark and mysterious early morning view ,the light at the end of the dark alley way is so intriguing , but the glow on the strong stone walls gives the shot great strength and textures - Well worth the early morning rise Dione !! ( Glad they didn't send you to the sun before day break !!! lol )
