Not much else if you are not interested in the Good Friday solemnity.
After a good breakfast, Christine and I took the car and went around the island to look at some Altars of Repose which we had not seen on previous occasions. We thought the one at Ġhajnsielem (pron: eye-n-see-lam) was the most beautiful.
This collage , on the left, shows the aisle leading to the chapel where the Altar was erected, decorated with palm fronds – something we liked very much; on the right is the lovely Altar decorated with hundreds of white flowers.
