This is an old friend of mine with his dog. He was sitting on a bench in the shade at Balluta while I was walking along the promenade. I called to him to look in my direction and took his picture.
While Donald Tramp? My friend’s name is Donald and I nicknamed his dog ‘Tramp’.
I have known Donald since I was a young boy aspiring to be a great footballer like Pele. Donald who is older than me by some eight years used to play as a goalkeeper – and a good one at that. We played many matches together, sometimes for the same side, sometimes for opposite sides.
