As we crossed the bridge to the other side of Lisbon I was amazed to see all these people knee deep in the river with their boats close by. I did not know what they were doing until our guide explained they were catching shrimps. They do this when the level of the water is low.
On a later day I saw flamingoes doing the same thing. I tried to take some shots of them but they did not come out clear.
