RED GERANIUM by sangwann

RED GERANIUM

Shot taken on our first day of our Sicily holiday (22nd August).

We got to the agri-tourism complex where we were to stay the during our holiday. It was in the middle of nowhere with the nearest village about 45 minutes away by car.
As soon as I had settled our bags in our assigned room, my camera and I went out exploring the place. The rain had stopped and JP and Max went down to the pool (I went to join them later but didn’t even put a toe in the water as JP said it was freezing). This was the first interesting view - a red geranium - that caught my eyes and I really liked the picture I took of it.
Mnay thanks for your views, comments and fav's on yesterday's picture. Very much appreciated.
Even the ordinary geranium looks so exotic here!

This is a gorgeous colour and I love the way you’ve captured it. It’s funny how often the first photo of the day is the best one.
