Babu Valley. The name is strange and I don’t know from where it came.
From Żurrieq I drove a few km to Wied iż- Żurrieq passing Wied Babu on the way. I stopped along the promenade to take a couple of shots of this deep valley. I saw a helicopter approaching, too, and decided to wait for it to include it in the picture.
Years ago I descended to the bottom of the valley and walked on rough ground up to the shore and I still want to do it again but have to find the way to get down there, first.
