Ireland holiday - sixth day (23rd July, 2019).
On the left is the first shot of the day that I took as we drove towards the Cliffs of Moher. I only had a split second chance but I am always ready with the camera (I always let others drive). The façade of this hotel in Listowel was very attractive. The Maid of Erin is a traditional figure in Ireland.
On the right is the last shot of the day taken when we stopped at Sixmilebridge for a coffee and cake on our way back home after a lovely day out. And the statue on the river O’Garney is that of a miller.
Thank you very much for looking, for all your comments your fav's. Always appreciated.
Both are charming shots and I like the way you've displayed them in this collage. The miller interests me because my paternal family came from Ireland and they millers there and here in America also after they left Ireland.
