Facing the St Thomas Tower is a derelict hotel. On the walls someone who is a foreigner, because wall-painting is not a popular art in Malta, painted these portraits which to me looked very well done. Each one of them was almost one storey high.
About the abandoned hotel: The hotel was Jerma Palace Hotel, once a four-star hotel in Marsaskala. The hotel was very prestigious, as it was the largest in the south of the island, and was known to be very luxurious. There have been many attempts to redevelop it but many are against it for different reasons.
Thank you so much for your looks, for your kind comments and for the fav's.
These are amazing. A story high, wow! Your shots of these are well done. I can appreciate the detail in each! I really like the way you’ve presented them too. Instant fav!
