TIME TO START THE DESCENT BACK TO THE COACH

Naples – Day 3. The crater at last. Nothing else to see up there so after some picture-taking we started our way back. I agree with Bill ( https://365project.org/bill_gk) that it is not easier going down. Because of the loose stones, it was very easy to slip and fall but we got to the coach safe and sound and in time.

Quite right - a different set of muscles going down - envolves the knee as well as it does going up! Nice to see your travails!

So true! During the hikes I do I have no problems going up, but going down is always a lot trickier for me.
