I am getting hooked on wild birds. Every now and then I go for a walk along the Salini Salt Pans, the bird sanctuary closest to home, have a look around, take a few shots and continue on my walk along the coastroad.
On this day, I saw nothing especially interesting, took a couple of shots of the gulls and continued on my way. As I walked, I suddenly remembered that I had not seen any egrets around. Suddenly a white bird came from behind me passed over my head and continued on its flight. Originally I thought it was a white pigeon but then I realized it was bigger, I pointed the camera took a few shots as it moved away and realized that it was an egret. It was like I had called out to them to appear.
