Another shot from my walk along Chadwick Lakes. I try to allow a couple of days to let the mud on the pathway dry before going there – and that’s when I decide to visit the place after long hours of rainfall, hoping to see the water falling from one basin to the next. But then the excess water would have done its course and its now ages since I was there at the right time.
Chadwick lakes provide a very beautiful backdrop for picnics and hikes, and indeed several people flock to the lakes on wintry Sunday afternoons and enjoy the picturesque atmosphere that the water provides, while children pass their time trying to catch the tadpoles that populate the area.
Many thanks for your views, comments and fav's on yesterday's picture.
