Some days ago I had to go to Valletta in the evening on an errand. Knowing it would not take long, I decided to take my Nikon with me. So when I was ready from what I had to do I went for a drive along the fortifications of the city. Actually I already had in mind to take a shot like this but was not sure the dome would be lit. It was, I stopped the car at a vantage point and took a couple of shots. The Carmelite Church is the tallest building in Valletta because of its magnificent dome.
