From the 6th day of our Athens holiday - 18th February, 2023.
Another excursion that we took from Athens – this time a one day thing.
Took this shot as we travelled from Corinth to our next destination. We were in a tourist van, the seats were narrow and not very comfortable for long stretches of time and in the end I was happy to get off. But, although we long travelling times, I was happy to take some lovely pictures as this one of this chapel. – Orthodox, of course. You can distinguish them from their common architecture.

Oh my what a beautiful church. Your narrative reminded me of a bus trip in Guatemala up a mountain to a coffee plantation. There were six of us traveling together and the description of the tour made it sound so lovely. We still talk about hanging on to our seats for dear life as we went up the mountain. Coming down was wilder. Those are the things you talk about years later!
