Today is our daughter Laura's birthday and though she has often spent her birthday away from home she has never been quite so far away as she is in Melbourne for a couple of years.
I know she is happy - Skype chat with her yesterday and today she and Iain went up to Sydney for New Year.....where she met up with one of her best friends from school who has been there for a couple of years!!
Hopefully she'll be too busy to peep in here but if she does...........it's fine.
Tomorrow I will post this little book I've created with lots of the 'stuff' I have hoarded over the years, full of pockets and envelopes and pages to collect some of the reminders of her time in Australia! I love it! I think she will too!!
