Preparation of the dry salted fish which has been a staple of the West Coast locals for 100's of years. I had to go and see someone about my mother's estate today, and took a turn past Bokkom Laan on my way home to see if there was anything interesting there today

So very different from anything we experience here (way inland), and from the weather we're experiencing now. I have a new standard for the term "polar opposite".
