@skipt07 From my vantage point in West Seattle, there are snow caps year round. It probably depends on the amount of snowfall during any one year and, of course, the amount of melting.
@seattlite - I wondered since our oldest daughter lived in Anchorage, Alaska which has the Chugash Mountain range. They lost their snow in summer but other ranges don't. I personally would like to see the snow year around.
