Sorry for complaining...But, Seattle is now in its second week of being blanketed in wildfire smoke. The air quality reading at this very minute is at 175 which is unhealthy. I and others are wearing N95 masks when outdoors which are recommended due to the small particulate matter that's in the smokey air. There is some good news...Rain is coming this week end which will clear the air. I'm stir crazy because I walk everyday and usually have my camera with me. Thanks for lending an ear. Take care.
How awful for you , I hope the air conditions will improve with the forecast of rain later in the week . A beautiful bright yellow pom-pom flower to brighten your day :)
We used to have these blooms too. Gifted by a green-fingered friend, they eventually had to go...very intrusive. Years later I'm still finding more trying to make a comeback. I'm on the case!
Beautiful color and lovely composition. Do hope things start to clear soon - know that's got to be awful for you folks out there. Hoping for rain for you.
I'm watching the skies right now. I heard the smoke was supposed to start moving away after 5pm. I hope it's true.
