January 2, 2023's sunrise was so spectacular that I took two photos with different points of view. This is the second photo (first photo posted 1/3/23) I took on that morning of 1/2/23. The sunrise colors emanating from the east stretched as far north and south as my eye could see from my back deck.
It is spectacular, but I see this and I just think, "oh my goodness, a big storm is coming." That's what this kind of sky would mean in the area where I live.
