After a couple of hours of browsing-but-not-buying in Betws-Y- Coed, @shepherdmanswife, my Mother-in-Law and I retired to a pub for a well-deserved pub lunch. It’s tiring watching ladies browse. We had time to stroll down to Swallow Falls before returning to the fray, this time for serious browsing-with-buying. @shepherdmanswife and her mother spent over an hour purchasing 2 items in an outdoor clothing shop. I got into trouble because I wandered outside with my camera while @shepherdmanswife was in the changing rooms, and consequently I didn't hear her calling to ask for my opinion. Apparently the shop assistant asked a few men in the shop whether they were related by marriage to the lady calling from the changing room. @shepherdmanswife could have emerged with a new husband as well as new walking trousers…
