Fallow deer in Bradgate deer park, Leicestershire. We were hoping to see fawns. There were certainly plenty around, and we kept the dogs on a lead, but the best we saw was the occasional diminutive head popping momentarily out of the bracken a few yards from the path before ducking back down out of sight. We did see a lot of adults though, and quite a few young calves.
