@lynnb - Thank you Lynn!! It's kind of interesting to visit fairs in different communities because of the unique ways food is offered. We went to a couple fairs in North Carolina last year and in the south they deep fry just about anything you can think of. I saw deep fried pickles, turkey legs, and Twinkies to name a few.
