Red Amaryllis

Today's Word of The Day is Red/Heart. Being that it is very cold and snowing, I went to a nursery and got this beautiful Amaryllis in bloom.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments and Favs! I am very grateful! I was surprised that with Valentine's Day just around the corner there weren't more flowers then there were in the nursery. For the most part there was little light so I had to keep waiting for the sun to peak through the clouds and shine through the greenhouse roof to light the flower. That allowed me to get the dark background color.
