We took our granddaughter to a new park today just to do something different for her. As you can see she enjoyed her time there climbing, sliding, running and meeting new friends.
@danette - Thank you Danette! It's hard to get her to smile for me. When we first got there she had the biggest smile when she saw all the things to do and play on.
Skip, this is the only way to move on... and your doing great. Nothing can undo the pain and loss, but when we look at the children, i guess it helps us move on. Great smile here...
@amandal - Thank you Amanda! This wasn't a coached pose. She did this on her own. I just happened to be ready when she did.
@amrita21 - That you Amrita! We have spent a lot of time with her and her mother lately and plan on it for a long time into the future.
@rwhite - Thank you very much Rosie! Again, I can't take credit for the pose. She did this on her own. We were watching her play and when she peeked out I pushed the shutter button.
@abhijit - Thank you very much! I appreciate your comments!
She's a smart (and very cute) cookie! I love her hair...don't ever let her despair of red hair....and her grin is infectious. You are all lucky to have each other close by.
