I took my granddaughter to the park this afternoon and we sat beside the pond and watched the dragonflies for a time. This red one seemed to enjoy sitting on this blade of grass and sun itself. I thought as soon as I saw it in my viewfinder that it had possibilities.
@sianipops - Thank you very much Nia for your wonderful comment and fav!
@kandkids - Your comments and fav are very much appreciated Karen!
@coastandcactus - Thank you Crissy for your lovely comments and critique! The dragonfly isn't as sharp as I would have liked. I hand held this, there was a breeze and it would rotate on the grass like a windsock.
Wonderful shot Skip! Fav for me.
Have just come back from holidays...your in-basket will be inundated with comments...please don't feel you must respond to them all as I am playing catch up!
