I took my wife to have some tests on a rainy day. As I waited for her in the car I liked how the rain on the windshield made the building look like a painting.
@maggiemae - Thank you Maggie for your kind comment! The rain had stopped which allowed the water on the roof to cascade down over the windshield.
@lynnb - Thank you so much Lynn! It rained most of the morning and then the temperature dropped and turned to snow. Then the temp really dropped and were were under a flash freeze warning for the road surfaces.
@quietpurplehaze - I think I looks more like a water painting because water colors will tend to bleed out if you aren't careful and this looks like that has happened.
