This is amazing and sort of "funny!" I love all the different looks on their faces. I would like to show it to my students as a creativity exercise...let them try their hand at making captions for it. They usually think of great ones. Fav for me! Just a marvelous capture.
@mittens - They do seem to have an extraordinary sense of balance when they are performing.
@espyetta - Thank you MarthBeth for your kind words and fav! By all means you may see what your students come up with for captions. Please share some of them with us.
@maggiemae - They do say, "Practice makes perfect" and I believe that is their motto.
@lynnb - That is true Lynn! That's probably why my friends never invite me to participate. :)
@danette - The Cirque Du Soleil-Varekai was at the same arena in February. The seat prices for that ran from $140 - $35. $35 was probably the nosebleed section of the arena.
@danette - The arena where the shows are being put on is in Youngstown, Oh. It was built primarily from a $26 million HUD grant from then US Rep. James Trafficant. When it first opened it was called the Chevrolet Center (Chevy Center by the locals) because GM has a large plant in neighboring Lordstown where the Cruze is built. A year or two ago a local entrepreneur, Sam Covelli gave a lot of money to have his name put on it. He has done a lot to bring in some big named acts. i.e. Elton John, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Rob Zombie and Disney on Ice to name a few. It also houses the home of the Youngstown Phantoms US Hockey League team. This was our first visit.
Such a great shot! It's great how you've captured all of their faces. If I saw them in person, it would be over so fast and I couldn't see each face like I can here.
