After a good walk in the park, I took some time to sit by the pond and patiently wait for a dragonfly to hopefully light near me so I could capture one of them. After about 15-20 minutes this one nicely obliged me.
I just read your update! your family SHOULD come first and that is actually one of the reasons that I have been so sporadic in posting. Returning comments is time consuming...and I just feel so bad when a week or more goes by and I have not returned the comments. post and comment when you have time...and enjoy those around you!!! hugs for you all for making it through this tough year and hugs for the year ahead...
Really nice pov here - I've been known (secretly) to place sticks out of the creek bank trying to encourage landing spots where I can shoot :) Love your colors.
@milaniet - I didn't think of that Milanie. But there are a few blades of grass along the bank that they had been landing on until I showed up. It took them awhile to get accustomed to me.
