I'm Watchin' You

The honey bee was a little wary of the guy zeroing in on him while he was going about his work. Nice to see the honey bees coming back.
Wonderful shot! Love the detail in the eye.

Killer shot! This is just fabulous! (Hand held?) I'm working at nailing something like this, but I'm not even close! (And I'm still looking for my kit lenses!)

So good to see your photos on my feed now! This is an amazing shot, and a wonderful capture, and he sure looks like he is watching every one of us intently!! Noticed that you are using your D750....how are you liking it? I am still getting used to my 810...there are so many freaking buttons on it that I don't know what they do! Oh, and FAV!!

Wow such glorious detail! A beautiful image of both the bee and the lavender! We have a long wait until the bees are back in the garden! Fav!

@kiwisnapper Thanks Ashley. I'm not sure where that catch light came from, to be honest. It was out in the open in total daylight. Happy to see it nonetheless! Thanks for the fav!

@winshez Thank you Sherrill - and thanks for the fav!

@Weezilou Yep, that was hand held, Louise - and you were there! This was near the pond inside the mission - just after your yoga session. Better get that macro to get this shot (you can always borrow mine).

@panthora Ha!, I know what you mean, Osia - I stepped up from a D600, so it wasn't such a drastic change, but there are still a few instances of frozen terror. Overall, though, I am very, very happy with the new toy. Of course now, Canon just announced the new 50 megapixel camera... Thanks for the kind words and the fav!

@pamknowler Thank you Pam. Your bees will be back before you know it - hang in there! Thanks for the fav.

@onewing @miley89 @marmaladeskyes @terryliv @joysfocus OK, I admit it - I have to run and finish my comments and shut down - thus the group thanks. Sorry!

@lyndemc Thanks for the fav and the compliments, Denise! I would kill to run across a honey bee at the moment. I've decided that I really do belong in California - it's miserable in South Carolina at the moment - but the photo ops are unmatched. Take the bad with the good, huh? I'm loving your B&W's!

@gilbertwood Thanks Denise - I do appreciate the look-see's and the compliments.

Спасибо вам Татьяна. Я даю много кредитов для моей камеры и макро объектив. Я только что получил повезло. :-)
