Buzzy as a Bee

The honey bees seem to be making a comeback here in Southern California, if this plant is any indication. Must have been a couple hundred buzzing around it. Somehow, only one showed up in this shot.
Bee-utiful capture :)

I had to come looking for your bee shot, and this is bee-a-utiful!! Yes, they must be making a comeback, at least in both our yards! In mine they seem to congregate to the yellow flowers....I usually find them at the sunflowers, and now at the fennel seeds.

Lovely composition, lighting and presentation Ron, Honey Bee numbers are in decline in the UK such a pity, "we need the honey mummy" :)

Wonderful shot! We seem to have had a lot of bees here in Australia too. I wonder if the population is getting back to normal.

@terryliv Thanks Terry. I'm pretty amazed that there was that much motion at 1/160 seconds! No wonder they buzz!

@gilbertwood @panthora @summerfield OK, did you guys plan that together. Bee-u-tiful coordination among the three of you. Thank you kindly!

@cjphoto Thank you kindly, Chris. I wish I could say I planned that, but in truth a happy accident. I'll take it though!
